Positive, The staff were excellent and very helpful. The lobby area was beautiful, and there’s a lovely pool to relax by. I enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and delicious. It had a great local vibe too!

The location is fantastic—so close to the central attractions! The beautiful wood-carved doors and charming colonial vibe made the stay special. The room was outdated, and we struggled with the shower flooding the bathroom floor. 😅

Couple Adventure Seekers

Had a top floor room that was really quiet, spacious with a kitchen, just what we needed after busy days. The small pool was perfect for unwinding, and honestly, the breakfast was a game changer. Freshly cooked Mexican breakfast, juice, and coffee each morning, what more could you ask for?

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable given the experience.

my stay was really pleasant with the amazing proximity to Santa Lucia Park just a few steps away and the best coffee shop I've found in Mexico only a block from the hotel, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable.

Parking across the street with locked gates isn't exactly convenient!!! Luggage storage just at the reception lacks security!!! Rooms need essential surfaces like tables or counters for personal items!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Real Toledo By Kavia. The room was cozy and came with all the essentials, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was delicious, with made-to-order options that truly started my day right. The staff were welcoming, and I appreciated the beautiful colonial-style ambiance of the hotel, making it a great spot to unwind after exploring Merida.

However, breakfast lacked quality, and there was no iron or hairdryer in the room, which could have improved convenience. An additional note, parking across the street felt slightly less approachable. Overall, a charming stay with a vibrant local feel.
